Looking for new sub or subs, any ideas?

I'm looking for something to replace my 2 Memphis c3 15" subs. Was thinking maybe a JL 13w7, really what im looking for is anything (smaller than 2-15"s so, 2-12"s, 1-15", or maybe even 1-18") That has the ability to hit 140db+ with about 1500w rms or less total power. So anyone have any ideas also I would like to find something I could trade the C3's strait up for maybe add my crappy amp and get a nice sub + amp.

Audioque HDC3 15 Aluminum VC with 1500RMS in the right box and with a amp that actually puts out 1500RMS you could easily hit 140+. There is a guy up here who had 1 AQ 15 on 2000RMS and he hit just over 150db. There are a lot of options for subs but the box and amp play just as big a part as the sub.
