Looking for new door speakers

I have a 2003 gmc sonoma ZR5 and I think it's about time to upgrade my door speakers //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif . Some extra info you might need is.. I currently have a 12in sub with this amp:

I am have four 6 1/2in door speakers. I want to keep my budget around $100 a pair because i'm assuming I will need a amp.
