what's wrong with kicker, alpine, or fosgate? Their higher end stuff are good.

I've got a set of CDT es62i components I bought authorized with warranty from Don over at Island Sound, I can let them go for $400 shipped, I sent them to CDT to make sure everything was ok with them since I'm transfering them to another car, got new crossovers and tweeters. Got pics & refs if needed...

I have a set of CDT CL-62CFs I can let go for $250 shipped. Brand new and they handle 165watt rms. Was going to install them but have changed my mind.

i would not call then higher end but if your looking to save a few bucks while your waiting i have 3 sets of polk 6500 comp's i just took out of my truck. selling them for only 50 bucks set.

like i said not high end but not crap. for the price your looking to spend your not going to find anything that qualifies as high end.

PS: i justed replaced these with three sets of kicker RS 6.5's and they are amazing. your should give kicker another shot. the RS and up stuff if far from crap

If your looking for high end comps, your not going to find them for $100. I would suggest working with your doors and deaden them before you even think about putting a high end comp set in them.

If you have already deadened your doors, why not run active? You have a HUGE selection of drivers to choose from and dont have to deal with the passive crossovers ******* away the power. Its actually not that expensive either, especially if you find an active head unit for... eh $120-$150 used, or shit buy a 880prs BNIB for like $240ish.

Then buy some mids and tweeters for like $200 total, and you have yourself a good sounding 2 way combination.
