Looking for good coaxials for door speakers for under $100

So i have stock 4x6 door speakers, they are sounding busted as fvck and i need new ones. I could go get some $20 speakers prolly but i was looking at something better. I dont really want to install component sets and im only going to be powering off the headunit (no amp but maybe later). CDT has 4x6 and so does Rainbow for under $100. How are those? What other good options do i have? Im considering putting 5.5 or 6.5 coax in there but im not sure i can. I dont have a sub at the moment either... I need some help here guys with deciding what to do. Right now i have stock HU that is busted from a punch and speakers busted from wear n tear. Just need an upgrade that isnt gonna cost me alot. Can you guys give me suggestions? Thanks

nvm about the CDTs, i was looking at 6x9s i guess. I was going to keep the stock 6x9 in and just fade it all to the front. Since i dont have a sub should i get a pair of 6x9 midwoofers? or would that just be a waste? something like this... http://www.woofersetc.com/p3077/CL69--CDT-Audio-6x9"-200-Watts-Midsubwoofer.htmI imagine these would need an amp and a aftermarket HU is not going to cut it. I want to avoid installing an amp if possible, just want to plug and play really. My ride isnt all that and im not sure how long im gonna keep it so thats my reason for not going hard on this setup.

Have you heard those do you think i should stay with 4x6 it would be alot easier? Im not planning on putting in a sub in this car just wondering if the 4x6 will get good enough bass or should i upgrade the rear deck 6x9's too?
