Looking for DVD/NAV/MP3 Double Din

I'm buying a 2010 Toyota Tundra CrewMax -

I did not opt for the OEM NAV/DVD due to expense, so I'm looking to install a double din NAV/DVD/MP3 player when the truck arrives.

I'd like DVD up front with an optional output for screen in the back seat. Mp3 via USB or SD Card - Nav and BT for my cell phones.

Which units would you all recommend? 7" screen preferred but not required.

I do not use I-PODs and do have a XM subscription.
