I just moved down from AK to Abilene, TX and bought a 1999 Saturn SL2 4 door. Come to find out, most of the speakers are **** near blown. I need to find some budget speakers to hold me over until I can afford to get a good set.
My budget is around $100 dollars per set for right now. Power range doesn't matter at the moment because they'll be powered by the head unit until my speaker amp I'm borrowing from my sister gets here. 100x4 @ 4 ohms and 120x4 @ 2 ohms, I believe is what it's rated for. (Don't ask the name I don't remember). The door and rear deck size is 6.5 in.
Also, from what I hear the rear doors have speaker mounts and are wired but didn't come with speakers from the factory. Should I just replace the front and rear deck speakers or should I remove the ones from the rear deck and add some to the rear doors. Or just replace them all?
Oh yeah, does anyone know any good shops around the Abilene, TX/Taylor County area?
