Wrong sub forum. Probably get more responses in amplifers. I've had one in my truck for several.years. Does way over rate @4 ohms. Flexible enough for different configurations. 200 is a little steep due to age.

2 12 Mtx terminators and 1000 watt pioneer amp 2 channel
You can wire those subs up @8 ohms if they are both SVC4 ohm subs,and that amp will run fine after being tuned properly...

The 240 should be 2x40/ 2ch. rated at 11.9v. Should generate close to 50+ @14v rms. Only Rated @4 ohms bridged Mono.. Should be around 125 rms...
