Looking for daily driver setup

I am in the hunt again for something different. Looking to do 3 8's or 3 10's ported. I have 1100 watts to feed them. I need the ohms to be close to 1 as possible. Its all going in the rear of a vw with a well insulated back seat:furious:

well to get to your desired impedance, you will need to either go with 3 Dual 2ohm subs or 3 SVC4 ohm subs, that will get you to around ~1.3 ohms. I'm assuming that you have 1100 watts for all three of them, so thats roughly 360 watts per driver. Now what do you want out of this setup SQ, SPL, SQL, and also what is your budget?

75/25 spl. Thats why I have decided to go ported. I dont think sealed will be loud enought for me. I might have to go back to a single 12 like a kicker l7. I can get those for under 175 shipped

i can get 3 of the mtx 6000 series for under 200.00

i can get 3 PBX evloution 8's for around 210.00

i can get 2 soundstream Van Gogh's for under 200.00 ( but these need to be in a sealed box)
