Looking for cross reference stereo help '97 Ford Expedition

Nowhere can I find what should be a simple answer, even Ford truck forums!

I have a '97 Expedition E.B. with the Mach stereo system, in-dash receiver & cassette. CD changer in the console.

I previously had an '01 Explorer Sport Trac, also with Mach sound and a receiver/6-disc changer in dash (no cassette). I would like to put a unit like I had in the Sport Trac into the Expedition but can find no information on vehicle/year interchanges. Can anyone help me here?
