Looking for big V8 with low price tag and low miles

GTO can be had for cheap with the 6sp. There's one at Michael's here that's black 6sp for right around 11k, IIRC. I'll try and go tomorrow and get some pics. Nice car, and the fact that it's 2 doors kinda sucks, but it's still modifiable and has a lot of performance out of the box. A big plus is you'd be saving yourself about 10k or so, if not more, which could be some nice mods //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I agree.....

LS1 or LS2 is pure secks. Same motor as a corvette and 1/2 of the price

Just wanted to point out that the 300 SRT is no more a baller on a budget car than the magnum SRT or charger. IMO the magnum is ugly as shit.
You should get an S4. i read in an earlier post where someone suggested an S4 that you said naturally aspirated is preferred, and the S4 is an n/a v8. not sure if you knew that or not.
Charger/Magnum isn't designed to be a "luxury" vehicle. And I knew the S4 was N/A, but cannot remember what prompted me to make the comment about it being preferred. Anyways, thank you everyone for the suggestions. I have also started looking at (no flames please) current gen Mustangs, but only Roush/Shelby/etc. variants. As much as I don't want a 2 door, it seems like my potential matches for a car increases exponentially

2010 Mustang GT 33k

or 2007 2008 GT

~19-20k

/thread.
slow

*EDIT* and unless it's a variation of the GT (ie Saleen, GT500, etc) it's a girls car. I see 17 year old girls driving that car all the time. And before everyone jumps to conclusions, My little cousin is 16

Still say GTO, even if it is a 2 door. Besides, as long as you don't go apeshit with the exhaust on it and don't get it in that god awful yellow that was offered, the GTO flies under the radar, so to speak, since they look like a longer 2 door Cavalier. Yes, ugly, but think about the money you'd have left over to mod it with, and it's also got aftermarket galore (ever looked for parts for an LS1 or LS2?).

I say a 2004 MB e55 with 65k miles will out last a cts-v with 10k miles and out run it and help you get laid more. All for the same $24k. Insurance may be more though.

how the hell is a 300 srt8 a budget baller car????? all of you hatting on 300's are probably just jealous you cant afford one lol...........$42,000 car thats a budget baller ....thats a hell of a budget......

CTS-V

6.0 liter and a six speed

or 6.2 liter and a six speed if you get a new enough one.

The 6.0 liter has a Supercharger available IIRC //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/drool.gif.b5e863e893038027711d4402f340dad0.gif

The fact that it looks like a Bentley phantom is why people hate on it. The lines are copied.

you can get the CTS-V with the LS9, detuned version of the Corvette ZR1 engine. like 50 less hp IIRC, but for less you get probably get a NEW Camaro 2SS with the 6.2 with a 6 speed, for under 50 grand, loaded with everything, probably cheaper than the CTS-V and IMO is one nice *** ride.
