Looking for best 1-Din HU w/ sub out, aux in, and bluetooth streaming

Hey guys -

I used to be into the audio scene more but I turned my daily into a wild street car/race car and removed my setup and have been driving cars with stock radios since. I just picked up a '95 BMW 525 and want to just throw in a head unit that will do bluetooth for calls and streaming audio (I use Rhapsody on my phone, streaming over 3g), have a alpine type r 12" w/ audiobahn amp so I want a preamp output for sub, and would like an aux input.

I put an Alpine iDA-X305 in my sisters '95 and she likes it, but it doesn't do bluetooth natively and I am not sure if it does streaming over bluetooth.

Anyway - any recommendations are appreciated. I would like something in the $150 - $250 range.

the kenwood excelon x995 was 270 bucks on crutchfield and is a pretty good unit and has everything u said u want (which i noticed its been discontinued within the past few days) and im sure you can still find one somewhere else. Kenwood Excelon KDC-X995 CD receiver at Crutchfield.com

from person experience... ive noticed that you get better sound from the aux connected to the phone then from streaming the music from bluetooth.

i havent heard anything about this unit, i just quickly pulled it up on crutchfield and it might be worth looking into. Kenwood KDC-BT848U CD receiver at Crutchfield.com

I'll be picking up a Clarion CZ500, not SUPER pretty but it gets your 3 preouts @4volts, subwoofer controls, iPod controls but only a 3 band EQ.

Kenwood Excelon KDC-X796 from Crutchfield for $220. It has 3 preouts @4volts, sub controls, Ipod Android and Blackberry controls, and a 3 band eq

Or, the unit I am looking at, the JVC KD-R730BT. $140 at Crutchfield; 3 preouts (2.5v), iPod & Android compatible, BT, front aux and USB inputs. Nice bundle for that price.
