Looking for an LOC/ X-OVER instead of Re-Q5. Anyone know of any?

Right now, I've got a Re-Q5 to interface with my factory stereo.

It's not working the way I had expected so I'm looking for a possible replacement.

Is there any LOC/X-OVER combo device that will take front/rear speaker level inputs, split them 3 ways into front/rear/sub and give the capability to adjust the high/low pass points on each as well as gains and has an output in the 8V range with a remote control knob for the sub gain?

I think the MTX LSX2 just MIGHT do all of this, but I can't find the manual for it online.

Any other suggestions?

so i guess the MS8 is out too huh?
Definitely. If I was going to spend as much as they want for that, I would just get a new head unit and all the required adapters to make it work with Ford's SYNC capabilities and steering wheel controls.

Well I've also found the MAXXSONICS MX-1 which seems promising, but I've always been a little weary of that brand cause I've never really heard much about them.
