A lot of amps have a pop when you turn them off or on but if it really botheres you i think you can get a thing that plugs into your rca's that will stop it. I belive they have them at Onlinecarsterio.com but other places have them also.

do you know anymorw about this thing ?, or what it is, i have this same problem

 
what it does is it plugs into your rca's and it delays, or slows if you will, the turn on of your amp so it wont pop the speakers. I think I saw them at cardomain.com but like i said others will have them just call them up its so much easyer that try'in to look them up on the internet.
