Looking for an amp for friend....

So yea my friend bought some A/D/S components (don't know how good these are, if you want please chime in these components and i don't know the model number so i guess talk about ADS components in general) so he's looking for ONE amp to power these components and one sub. I think he's gonna run a 10" Polk Momo sub. My guess is that the components are 4 ohms and rms between 60-90? not quite sure and i think the polk momo sub probably is like 250 watts rms. I was looking all over for a good amp that would give maybe 50 watts to each speaker and 150-200 watts to the sub but couldn't find any so any suggestions. he gave me a budget about $300. so any help is appreciated, thanx.

i was looking at the specs and it says 125w@4 ohms. so the components would get 250 watts to 4 speakers and you could bridge the other two channels to get what wattage?

really? i thought it did 85w @ 4 ohms... well its underrated so 100wx4@4 ohms (dirk says)

first i would like to thank tom (Acidburn) for this advice:

use 2 channels for the comonents and then bridge the 3rd and 4th channel into mono. you will be getting enough for that sub ~270+w @4 ohms
