Looking for a special headunit

Hey, my friend is into car restoratino - he's workin on his first project a 1970's chevelle. He wants to put a sound system in it and i'll be helping him along the way (he's doing the interior & engine all right now). Anyway, he wants a vintage looking head unit, that is MP3 compatible, it can also be Ipod Compatible (or USB) but that isn't necessary. The main thing is that it isn't too flashy and would fit well with the Chevelle dash. It has to be single DIN

Let me know what you guys think would work well - pics & links would be much appreciated.

I always thought a denon z1 would look badass in an older car, but of course those are quite costly and somewhat rare. Maybe look into pioneers premier line or nakamichi has some pretty cool looking decks imo.

We put an Eclipse CD2000 in a 63 Impala, and WOW! The Impala had an aluminum dash and the CD2000 is silver... looked like it was stock.

thanks for all the suggestions people- keep em coming please - the chrome look would probably look really good in an old car like this - though i do like the Kenwood

Also - if we could keep the price under 350 that'd be good
