Looking for a processor

^ did I ask about HU's ? No. Reading is fundamental James. I've got a DVD deck with a screen built into the face that I like... I've been using analog crosssovers and EQ with a line driver but I'd like to streamline things for my next install.

The PPI unit looks alright but it's only got a 7 band EQ..

I'm going to my nearest Alpine dealer to see what they have.. I guess no one has any other suggestions ?

I would buy a 360.2 in a heartbeat if I was sure the Bluetooth issue was solved.

Edit: Check out the Pioneer 9600.

It has most everything you're looking for, and the faceplate is removable like a HU.

Per output. Meaning, your left tweeter has 7 bands, your right tweeter has 7 bands, your left mid has 7 bands....I think you get the picture.

To be fair, you didn't mention you already have a DVD deck. So, we could have recommended HUs, amps, and whatever else that has nice sound processing built-in due to your very vague posts.

If you need more than 7 bands of EQ per channel, your install sucks balls.

So I guess all those world class SQ competitor installs **** balls, since the majority of them use 32 band processing. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I agree for most people a 7-band unit like this would likely be plenty. But to imply anything more is the sign of a poor install is simply not true at all.

Yes audioholic. They **** bals, because I think so, and sq is subjective //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif but they like how it sounds so it doesn't **** balls since sq is subjective. Confusing.
