looking for a new setup help??

okay so here soon i am planning on changing my sxub and amp setup i was considering a aqhdc3 and a aq1200d OR a ed 13av2 combo with the nine .1 i have searched on both but still cant come up with a descion

questions-

1. im going for mostly sq but still would like to get loud when the need be what combo will work out better?

2. i have read that many people on here dont like ed? why is that is there something wrong with ther subs or are people just not fond of them?

3.i plan on using a 2.5 to 3.6 cf ported box will this be enough of should i consider running the ed sealed if i so do choose?

any help or feedbcak with this would really help out thanks
