Looking for a Hu

looking for a HU with these specifications

*subwoofer control volume button

*rca outputs for my amp and subs

*remote would be nice but that could be (optional)

*cd text

*fade , balance , treble , etc..... all the basics

*cd player that plays cd-r and cd-rw mp3 playing dont reall care about

* something that would power and hook up this system good 2 audiobahn 12's 500 watts a piece with a 500x2 soundstream amp looking for a HU that would power that all up

i was supposed to get a 55040 eclipse from this guy here on these forums but looks like he needs this HU now i was going to trade him my kenwood kdc-119 wiring harness and all and $80 dollars i thought it was one good deal but apparently he needs it now which really sux because now i have no Hu let me know if you have anything Pm me ThX
