Looking For A Head Unit

I just got paid and I have 125$ to spend on a head unit. Should I save it for a better one or is there something decent I can get with this?

By the way, I just got to 10" Pioneer 350 watt subs in a box already hooked for 6 bucks at a nearby Pull-Apart. I was getting a fender for my car ROFL. But I plugged them into my surround sound system at home and from that (my dad has a 15 inch sub of some brand that makes the living room thump if cranked all the way up. Well as loud as these things could make both subs go at once, it sounded fine. Soo for now they will work.

Anyways, this is what my head unit would run off of. So, any suggestion will be welcome. I am a total nub when it comes to car audio so I don't know what kind of head unit it would need etc. And I am also putting new door speakers in when I get the chance. So it will need to e able to power off those. Which sounds like common sense. But like I said, I know practically nothing. Thanks!

You can get good headunits for that much, depends on what features you want, but for around 75$ the Kenwood KDC-MP345U is a great headunit with USB and AUX ports.

I just picked up a like new eclipse cd 3000 I'd let it go for 125.

I'll go with that and see how it works out for me. I don't know if I said this but I just want something that sounds decent for now, I will spend lotss and lotsss of money about 6 years from now. Like I said, I only have 10' pioneers lol.

Anyways, now some decent 6.5 door speakers. I heard these weren't too shabby for the price? I need 2 pairs so preferably lower priced, but something that will last me a bit.

Dude,for an extra 50.00 the Kenwood I have will blow that other one out of the water. That one is a very basic deck. Mine is a very high end that you can grow with when you want to expand. Plus lie I said you get the built in blue tooth. Do some research on the X993 before you make up your mind.

Everybody will try to sell you what they've got, just do some research, and if you aren't planning on keeping it forever, buy it used.

I can personally say that if you are looking for higher end, avoid the CDA-117 like I have, it doesn't have a whole lot of sound control options without adding an Imprint system, but it works great with amped systems.
