looking for a good sq 8

im looking for suggestions on 8 inch subs with good sq that can handle being powered by a jl 250/1 in a sealed box. i listen to a good mix of music ie. country, rock, christian, blues. it will be going in a dodge ram quad cab under the back seat.(also looking for someone local to the houston area to build me a box)i want to stay under $200. ive been considering the jl 8w3v3 d4 and the elemental designs e3.8 but would like some other options as well.

I haven't heard the new e3.8, but I have a bunch of the 9Kv.2 (the previous version) and they sound good and get loud. They seem to be pretty durable too. The e3.8 appears to be equal or better, so I'd say that would be a good bet.
