Looking for a good mix of sq and spl

SQ and SPL don't really mix imo. Some of the JL audio subs when used with the correct enclosure can get fairly loud while still producing pretty accurate bass but then you run into the problem of finding speakers that can keep up with good SQ at high volume levels.

Wrong. It's all in the tune. Of course there is a limit but it's pretty high.

I'm guessing Both best the Alpine in SQ and spl? I liked the Alpine the price and I'm not sure about running components on an amp and havjng 2 1200w RMS subs on my stock alternator. Would that work out okay? If money wasn't a problem I would buy the image dynamics if they are what everyone says they are. I've read mixed reviews on how they hit lows. But all reviews have said they sound great. Only problem with the soundqubed subs for me is they like big boxes and I drive a 1998 mustang. I know that Alpines like small sealed boxes.

No matter what sub I get I'm getting a box built for it btw
every Soundqubed driver ive heard sounded like poop as compared to drivers that are built to sound good. the IDQ drivers are much better sounding drivers so are the type Rs. the type Rs are pretty decent woofers.

Most Soundqubed setups are designed to sound like poop. Look at the people that use a product.

I would bet paychecks I could kick your *** in SQ with Soundqubed woofers. It's how people build them. All they want is loud
are you a retard? I don't understand what you didn't comprehend. like i said they aren't built to sound good. and you can bet what your would like i doubt you can beat me at anything. you lack the basic understanding on what make components sound good and i dont mean speakers. lol

where is SQ comps are they overlapping sample rates of the original recordings and the sample of the sound produced by your system? let me see the files please.
