Looking for a good Head Unit

Hi all,

I am about to purchase a used 2003 Nissan 350z and my first order of business when I get it will be to get a good head unit. I need one that meets a few qualifications and that is where I am hoping someone here could help me out. Here is what I am looking for:

- a 7" head unit (I belive that is how big the one on the 350z is, correct me if I am wrong).

- an exterior auxilary jack (most important thing)

- preferably not touch screen, but can be if it is the better deal.

- AM/FM reciever, CD player and possibly DVD player.

- Not more than $300.

If someone could help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it. The reason I want a 7" head unit is so the car will look as close to stock as possible and there won't be a lot of extra space under the head unit. Thanks again for all the help!

you could try and post this in the WTB section.

Look into JVC, they tend to have decent units for cheap

a 7" screen under $300 is gonna be tough

maybe $500 ish for a decent one

all 7" dvd players are going to be touchscreen

try the classifieds here, good shit pops up from time to time. Used would be your best bet though

7" are almost touch screen, but can still get a good deal in Eonon. Mine is quite cheap and nice, you can take a look at my review. http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=416162 For your demands, maybe this one will fit. Less than $300.
