Steering COntrols with new HU

This might be a stupid question but does anyone know if there is a way to keep all the audio steering wheel buttons active with a aftermarket HU? I drive a mazda 3.

You have to buy an adapter/module to keep the steering wheel controls

I believe pac audio makes them
