I looked at the e3.8 it looks beefy for 40$ but that price make me think its not going to perform well, can anyone tell me how they perform?

Also if im using a 2ohm stable 2 channel bridgable amp would i want to get the 2 or 4ohm sub?

Yea it seems everyone is curious to see how they can do, i know that im only using a few hundred watts on my cvr junk, and i was thinking well if i built a perfect ported box for an 8 maybe it would be loud, we will see unless you beat me to it and it dont work out well lol, spend the money for the both of us...

Yeah, i have lots of power if i wanted it. But dont think i can fit much in my regular cab chevy

Same here, what year is your truck, and what you running in it, mine is a 2000 single cab with the buckets, i have a ported box tuned around 36 its build where the sub it behind the center console and the port is firing out beside the passenger seat..

Mines a 01 with buckets. Ive heard good and bad things about firing to the pass side. I was hoping to squeeze two 8s there with ports firing up

Im actually thinking of doing a short and wide wedge with single 8, sub facing driver wall and port firing to passenger wall, not sure if i should do slot port or aero...

buy the d2 sub and port it, the ed takes a super small box
