Looking for a budget system (~$200-250)

Hello all,

I posted on here a long time ago. I have a 96' Tacoma extended cab and I put a budget system in it a while ago.

My speakers and head unit are doing fine, but I'm ready for an upgrade to my sub.

Right now I'm running an MTX all-in-one single 200W sub that fits quite nicely in the back of my truck. The sub doesn't handle a ton of power though, and I think the cone must be really lightweight or something because when you push it, it makes a different sort of papery noise.

I have ~$250 that I'm willing to spend on getting a new system in my car (amp, sub, box) and I have a friend who can help me with building the box.

I'm not terribly concerned with being able to blow everyone away with my sub, but I do like a sub that sounds awesome even when the system is turned up. Not so much overpowering bass though. I listen to a lot of electronic music, a lot of indie stuff, some dubstep, some rock, etc. Like I said I don't care about blowing the block away with my sub.

This is what I'm running right now: MTX RT12-200 Amplified Road Thunder 12" Subwoofer 200W RMS 269-132

Thanks!
