Im looking to build a system and Ive gotten 95% of it already done. Im going to use the AmericanBass PH5100FR ( 100w RMS to each 5x7 ) to power my sub and 4 speakers... So which 5x7s would mate up well with that amp? I dont know anything about systems, but trying to learn as I research what I need.

Again Im not going to do components, looking for coaxals.

I was thinking about the AmericanBass SQ5.7 speakers. I also came across these bravoxs at parts express. they are supposedly $200 speakers for 50. The forum wont let me link you guys. ate they any good?.

Im looking to spend ABOUT $80 per set

I planned on pushing these at 100RMS, these are only rated 80RMS
That difference does not matter if you're setting up the amp correctly and you're using the volume knob on the head unit with some common sense. If you need help on setting the filters and gain/level just ask.

hey timhof13 I join Caraudio.com to get up to date with the new products that are out. I just blown one of my JL Audio XR570cxi in the front doors and one tr570cxi in the rear doors of my 01 Ford F-150. After reading this thread I took a chance and order 2 set of the Bravox CS57K to change out my speaker. Man these are some great sounding speaker and at this price They are very bright in the vocal area. I am push them with a Rockford Fosgate 400a4
