.....that has adjustable x-over points for the fronts/rears (up to 4khz) and speaker level inputs

fronts and rears could be 50w + per ch. but the sub channel has to be at least 300w @ 4ohm

Explain your needs for the X-over points...

Are you looking for bandpass x-over options, or just your standard HPF/LPF?
