looking for a 5 channel amp to replace 3 amps i currently have in car

Trying to get cargo space back so im looking to condense my audio setup in my hatch...i currently have (3) Orion xtr375 amps but i would love to simplify setup and only have one amp

front speakers: Image Dynamics CTX65cs 100 watts RMS

rear speakers: Alpine SPR-60 100 watts RMS

sub: Boston Acoustics G3 10" 4 ohm 400 watts RMS

I can get my hands on a used Massive NX5 from my friend for cheap but i was afraid sub output(200rms at 4ohm) wasnt enough for my Boston sub

any reccomendations? is the NX5 enough? my budget is $400-$500 otherwise
