looking for a 12 inch that hits hard in a small enclosure

Another one of those threads everyone loves.

I'm looking at replacing my 2 12" Infinity 1230 Reference subs with something better. I've been looking for a good sql setup and had my eye on a boston G5 partially because it sounds good and hits fairly hard in a 1 cubic ft box. It's going in the trunk of an 89 nissan maxima and I want to keep some room in the trunk, so the largest box I can fit is about 2.5 cubic feet. my budget is around 250. I'm also hoping to gain some spl, I'll also have an amp that puts out 1200 Wrms at one or two ohms. thanks guys.

an RL-p needs about 1.2-1.4 (12") before it starts getting loud. Im Doing a 142.7 with 2 sealed RL-p 12s in a single cab truck...so yes they can get loud sealed.
