kicker L5 vs. clif designs

would one 12" kicker L5 in a ported box sound just as good and will it hit just as hard as two 12"clif designs in a sealed box.

the clif designs are these

and both would be powered by a phoenix gold xenon 400.1

i think the same company who makes Ma Audio makes Clif.
