Hey guys i'm looking for 4 12" subwoofers to replace my Eclipse Aluminums. The box they will be going into is a 6.3 cubic foot common chamber box. I can always change the tuning of the box but i would not like to go above 32hz. The amp powering all four subs will be a Orion 2500d. That leaves me about 500-600 rms for each subs. Really looking for a good balance between sq and spl. My budget for all 4 subs is $800 firm, I don't mind buying used either. I was thinking maybe the SA-12's? Any input is appreciated.

Thanks

EDIT: Actually i haven't cut the hole for the fourth sub yet so i could do 3 12" subs which would give more cubic feet for each sub and about 800 rms to each sub.

Okay so you would recommend the 4 SA-12's over lets say 3 higher quality 12's like dc level 4's or something?
Well, you said you were looking for four woofers, not three. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

It's really up to you. SA-12's, Fi SSD's, Dayton Reference HO are all good options if you're wanting to do four 12's in that amount of space. You can do three "better" 12's, but since you'll be using the same power I'd go with more cone area if possible.
