looking for 2 amps

ok, im looking for 2 amps, one to run a sub and another for my componants. i plan on running about 500 watts for a sub and i will be running a 3 way componant set up front and a 2 way in back. not sure how many watts will be used in the componants but the headunit i will be running is 40X4. i may upgrade the headunit as well. thanks. also looking to get a JL amp for the sub.

if you plan to run an amp for your mids/highs dont worry about the output of the HU just look for a good 4 channel amp

i have nothing against JL amps they are great but for the $ you can get 2 good amps of another brand
