ok that seems logical...and ya i have sat inside a car will a clamshell and 12 12s in it....it was only 4000 watts but it did 150....it was loud for sure.... i guess ill aim for 150 for now but can 150 be done with 4 15s on a 3500d?

you will get used to a 155 daily car also not that you can play it full tilt for more then a few minutes at a time. Single 3500 isn't enough power either.

I'd suggest reconing to 18's and getting another 3500. Sleepy_jr runs that set up and does a 50+ on music and around a 52 on a tone. It's plenty loud for a daily set up...

jacob from sundown hit 150 with 1 15" NS v.2 on like 1500rms and no wall

yup for about a 3 second burp in a box that gives him a 150 for about a 4hz range and probably drops pretty hard below that.. Daily that won't work, although the new NS's are very nice so 4 of them would be sweet.

x2 very impressive but won't play 150 on music for any amount of time, meaning NOT a daily set up...
