looking just at it, but not seeing what exact transistors are in it, i would say that it is possible, but cannot attest to the quality or durability

I don't think it will make 150x4... 150w to a channel, maybe, but all channels driven? ehhh... That trafo looks pretty wimpy to be dealing with that sort of power. 8 transistor pairs should be fine if the transistors used are decent, and Class D doesn't need much heatsinking.

I'd be interested to know what they are using for power supply fets and output fets. It seems like a bit of a stretch but it is possible with this few of parts. Seems like it would be running real close to the max of those parts. Wondering what the rail voltage is in this amp.

It is a class D full-range amp, not on the market yet but it is in the final stage.
