Looking at purchasing a new HU

Ok, I have a 2004 Dodge Neon SXT, stock radio, stock front speakers, rear speakers stock but disconnected, 2 RE8 Subwoofers running off a Phoenix Gold Xenon 400.1 amp.

I should be finally getting some tax money back soon, and I am looking at getting a new HU.

Budget, $150-200, but preferably closer to the $150 end

Must haves

1>removeable(preferred), or folding faceplate

2>RCA's for subwoofer amp

3>5 band minimum equalizer

4>subwoofer controls

6>AM/FM/CD

optional>remote

I was looking at Panasonic over at SonicElectronix.com but most of them are sold out. I have a friend that knows a Panasonic dealer, and SonicElectronix will beat anyones price by 5%, so I can get a good deal that way. But I'm not necessarily HOOKED on Panasonic.

so, please, whats a good HU with those options in my price range.
