Looking at an upgraded alternator for the Honda... Any good?

I have 82k on the clock now so with the new system in, mileage, etc... I have been thinking of an alternator swap since they will need to remove all the belts, alternator, etc... to put a new water pump and timing belt on. How much do I really need here? I think my stock Honda alternator is 63 Amp and I get some dimming with it up pretty good but now extreme. Would 160 Amp do the job? Or would it be better to pay the $300 some charge for the 200 Amp plus version?
