1 year 8 months for me....was married right over a year. had the big wedding with like all of both of our family. we got a house together not even 3 months of being together. we are actually really good friends now, we didn't speak for about 9 months after splitting up. ive had 2 relationships since her and i guess im not over her. so ill just stay single and drink my self happy lol. hence why i quoted this statement below....

3 years longest - she cheated on me and then I freaked on her "Get the Fuuuck out of my house and my life!"
Just recently ended a year and a halfer - she wants kids - and for me to spoil her constantly - I want no kids and a hell of lot more money for beer.

JUst got to avoid the depression based alcoholism that is so easy to lapse back into....

i wouldn't say im an alcoholic. i drink a couple times a week and Every weekend. but i don't just drink i get plastered...thats not a bad thing lol. oh and i do this and work 5 10's as a pipe fitter and havn't been late in the past 9 months.
