No Mo' Daily Show

I just want to go on record as saying that I have been watching The Daily Show since day #1 with Craig Kilborn. I like to watch that and balance it with republican radio during the day (truck driver).

But I am no longer going to watch it because I'm tired of watching a half-hour of Jon Stewart ******* Barak Obamas d***. I just watched last nights episode and I just can't take it anymore.

Stephen Colbert, YOU'RE on notice.

Prove me wrong. Find one instance where he really called Obama out on something. Not that The Daily Show is a really serious news program, or that they do in depth research. It's a comedy show, plain and simple. But unfortunately many people will vote based on what The Daily Show reports. Like it or not, they do need to exercise some journalistic responsibility. Even if they don't take themselves seriously, a lot of people use DS as their only news source.

And no cracks about other news programs and journalistic responsibility. We could fill a whole other thread with that.

I'm neither democrat or republican. liberal or conservative. Right or left. But I try to hear all sides. The Daily Show/Colbert Report is pretty much the only liberal left news show I could stand. I'm also sick of Rush Limbaugh & friends. But I hear them out. I may go back to Daily Show if they get off the Obama kick.
