I bought a Scoshce LOC, not realizing that my amps have them built into, Now im pondering if im gonna notice a difference in the two? The only advantage i can think of the top of my head would be the external LOC would be easier for me to wire up. It also has its own gains. What do you guys think?

thank you

Whenever you run regular unshielded wire in the vicinity of other power wires, you run the risk of picking up noise from those other wires.

I'd opt for the LOC because you can place the LOC near the radio and run the shielded RCA's to the amp. and that would limit the possibilities for noise to enter your system.

I was actually going to run either the RCA's or the wire down the center console and avoid the power wires.

But i think the running of RCA's down that path would be a cleaner install.

I guess the bulk of my question would be if i would notice a sound difference either way. If we didnt just buy a house, i would already have a 9887 but i gotta cheap up the job a bit.
