Two power inputs

I have a amp with two power inputs can I have one run from battery supply and split with a block to the amps two inputs
Yes, you can use a distribution block to split the power from your battery to the two power inputs of your amplifier. However, it's essential to ensure that the amplifier is designed to accept split power inputs. Here are some key points to consider:

1. **Power Requirements**: Ensure that your distribution block can handle the total current draw of the amplifier. Verify the amp’s specifications for its max current draw and make sure your wiring and distribution block can support that without overheating.

2. **Wire Gauge**: Use an appropriate wire gauge for the total current going to the amplifier to prevent voltage drop and overheating. The wire gauge should be suitable for the aggregate power requirements of both inputs.

3. **Fusing**: If your amplifier doesn’t have built-in fuses, you should install a fuse on the power wire coming from the battery to protect against short circuits. It’s recommended to use a fuse close to the battery that is rated for the wiring and amp’s specifications.

4. **Grounding**: Ensure that the amplifier is properly grounded, as a good ground connection is critical for performance and safety.

5. **Input Characteristics**: Verify that your amplifier's manual does not require specific configurations for using multiple power inputs; some amplifiers might have recommendations or requirements for such connections.

6. **Connection**: When connecting the power wires to the distribution block, ensure they're securely attached and that there’s no potential for shorts.

Following these guidelines should allow you to successfully set up your amp with a split power supply!

And the RCA cables ? Using a splitter with the two power supply slit in two will mean 12 volts + 12 volts. Maximum input no more than double the input or it shuts down. And that watts max being? Another point to make is for the amplifier to work properly the ground wire must be placed on. Reason is the negative supply volts to the amplifier is from that ground. Differential inputs. What r doing? Who cares about ur dumbs (thumbs) up or down? (n)(n)(n) This is a fact.

And another thing these setups are easy. It’s small potato like you that make car audio harder than it is. Because ur stupider. What do u say to that?

One more point than I’m done. OP AMPS, these mosfets or diodes looking creatures are the amplifies. They switch or amplify. Setting up an amplifier requires technical knowledge. + and - terminals. You do not hook up an amplifier because you think it will give more power. Conservation of energy in physics applies. It is merely transferred From one unit or quantity to another. Using mosfets.

These have mosfets. I made it. Technical knowledge is this.

The amp is a gravity 7500 watt op amp I ran zero gauge from battery up front it's in a Yukon Denali my ground is a foot long also zero gauge

It's has two power inputs what is the correct way to hook it up please
Personally I'd run 2 rus of 1/0 ofc from the front battery to a rear battery then 2 wires from the rear battery to the amp with fuses on both wires within 18" from the amp

That's assuming you have a high output alternator to make power

Would need fuses from rear battery to amp or just from front battery
To do it properly, you fuse every power wire that connects to a battery, front or back they get fused to the gauge of the wire. If you have a battery in the rear of a vehicle and a power wire that connects it up to the front battery, you fuse both ends of that power wire in case it shorts in the middle somewhere, that rear needs protection as well. Same for any wires you add to it to run to an amp or whatever else, fuse the wire within 18" of the battery. It’s to help stop the risk of a fire in the event somethings goes wrong or an accident, but it is important.
