LOC help

I recently installed a LOC in my fathers 97 concorde and it is not working properly. After connecting the remote turn on to the antenna in hte car and tapping into the rear speakers the amp does not power up and the intereior speakers do not come on. I assume it has soemthing to do with the antenna but I really haveno idea. If anyone can help me i would really appreciate it. If I cant figure it out i thin i will jsut go ahead and throw my cd player in to his car. Thanks in advace.

well if the amp does not power up it's not the LOC... make sure your remote wire is connected to an ignition or acessory source... the antenna is gonna come up when the radio plays... but go down when a tape or cd is being played... so find another source for your remote... make sure your ground is good.. and you are getting 12v from your power wire... check the fuse under the hood and make sure there are no shorts in the wires

I went outside today and turned on the car and everything was working fine so i have no idea what the problem was. Now i just need to move the box b/c the subs are cancelling out. But thanks for the help.
