its a fairly new shop, just opened up last summer I believe. Iam not gonna mention the name of it, cuz I don't want to hurt their business, but yes it is in Kentucky, a very small town in south kentucky. I think it is the only shop in my town. the local shop here is actually pretty good and it's a pretty small town..libery(near houston) anyways i'm pretty happy with them, they use to carry diamond but dropped them because there was no demand which i understand. They carry alpine, powerbass, eclipse, pioneer, quantum, db drive, pro box, kicker, hooker audio, stinger....as well as alot more...there not bad on installs either but I never bought my equipment from them because of course like any other shop they charge retail. But atleast they carry decent equipment and have knowledged employees.

I helped my sisters boyfruiend throw together a system in his yota pickup and his single ten, midbass 8's and 4" comps, Kicker, Alpine, Boston, RF... It blows away all the kids in the hicktown he lives in, they all have xplods and Lighting audio from wal mart and can't believe that there is even anything else other than Lighting Audio and Pioneer and that it can sound so good... They'd never heard of Boston or Kicker.

I would think, Phrozt, should anyone happen across this establishment while traversing southern Kentucky it will be pretty evident as soon as you walk in the door that you're in the place Dubb has described to us.

Is funny you mention something to that nature. I was in Kentucky for awhile near Ft. Campbell and they opened a Best Buy. It was like the greatest thing that happen to that town, pretty sad lol. They had the local radio stations down there and everything. The reason I mention it because LoudCrownVic's post about how alot of these small towns or even cities are caught up in the mainstream of BB or CC. I did that at the local CC here a few months back. The manager of the car audio department told me he built some of the loudest cars in the area. I asked him if he had ever gotten them metered. He said yeah one hit 135db, it was too loud to sit in the car...

Did you let him hear the 4 15's?

It's a privately owned business not like a big company or anything, I'd say that dude just seen somebody driving around town with their shitty system and thought that if they are stupid enough to buy a sound system that sounds like shit ...
