Little noise problem, not engine

So I just finished rewiring all my car and all the time I was worried about getting the dreaded engine noise since I've had it before.

I have 3 pairs of RCAs down the copilot side with 4 speaker wires, and 4 speaker wires next to the power wire on the driver side. Didnt get engine noise, so far so good. I have 3 amps now, one for the speakers upfront, one for the speakers in the second row and one for the sub. I was running out of space so I ended up making a false floor. Since it was sealed, I went ahead and added 6 fans.

The amps are being powered through a relay. I have grounded the 3 amps and the relay to the same spot. No problems up to here. I am getting a little static in the speakers at 0 volume with the car off, but its so low I am probably the only one who can hear it, and I can barely hear it with my ear next to the speaker.

Anyway, the last part was to wire the fans. I wired them all to a power cable which it connected directly to the one powering the amps (going from the relay), and one cable that has all 6 connected to it for the ground. I grounded this to the same spot, so thats a total of 5 grounds at the same spot. Shouldnt be a problem.

But, once I turned the radio on I got a little hissing which was caused by the fans. Once I turn off the radio, I can hear how the fans spin to a stop trough a speaker.

Sorry for the wall of text, but I wanted to give as much info as possible so people can help me. What should I check for the interference? The problems started when I wired the fans, so the rest is working ok. I will be trying to rewire the fans again, but I am not sure it would help.

Also, what could be causing the minor hissing with the engine off? Could it be a bad ground?

Thanks.

I rewired all the fans making it all modular so I was able to test fan by fan. Found out that only 1 of them was causing problems, so I will be replacing it and hopefully it'll all work.

I can still hear some static noise, but its so low that I can only hear it when I am like 5cm away from the speaker. All 4 speakers, so I am not sure its the amp (one is new).
