Amp comes on sometimes, and then my sub hum's?

When the HU turns the amp on, I get a bad hum coming out of my sub, when I turn the HU off and on, it sometimes stops but I can still hear a sort of ruffling around noise coming out of sub? But then the sub works, Any ideas or what cause this?

Tried that even tried a old pair I had and ran it outside of the truck from HU to amp, and still same hum, the sub does play thou, but nasty hum
