Little help with antenna...

Truck: 96 Toyota t100

the deck is a pioneer.. something... and i have an electric antenna... but when i go mudding... i usually (safe thing) put my antenna down.. which in turn turns my deck off.. i not necessarily want to listen to the radio.. but is there a way i can keep my deck on and listen to CDs with my antenna down/off? thanks for the help guys.

Most Pioneer decks don't have a true antenna turn-on wire. Your best option is to run the remote wire (which is what controls your antenna now) through a toggle switch mounted on your dash. Then you can raise or lower the antenna manually.
