little help on a fiberglass box?

so to add in 45* edges on the inside and round edges on the outside im making a skeleton out of dowels that are cut in half. but my math sucks and im trying to figure out how to cut the wood so the pieces will all fit together in the corners. i know if i cut one piece with a 45*x and 45*y angle itll fit the way i want. but how do i cut it to get the 3rd piece into the corner?

that make ANY sence?

nothing to take a pic of... just picture a regular wood box with 45* edges. now take out all the walls and replace the 45* mdf with dowels.
