You worry about the wrong shitz. Ive been around a long time. If it was me id do a 4kw and have someone set my gains. I gotta clip my 3600 to really push my woofer in some cases and it gets smelly. A clean 4500 would be better unclipped so yea 5kw isn't a strech if your are experienced..

I could give "0" ***** how long you been around. It matters if the person is on a budget. Didn't think about that one did ya?

Hes wasting his money getting a z5 with a 2k.. They have a **** ton of subs that that would get louder with only 2kw..

Plus i just told him a friend had a 3500 for the same price as a 2kw.. So no i dont see you're point..

I said if it where me in context that i didn't have alot of exexpieren like shiggles here.. i know the woofers and amps limits by now so when i dont wanna beat the block i back it off and listen to some rage or what ever i want **** boy..

I have a ampmeter and a dmm.. Im a electrician lol..

Matter fact I'll tell you how that money I'll play tones from 30 to 70 and I find out which tone draws the most current

That tells me where impedance is lowest.

Then i take my dmm put it on ac voltage and set my ampmeter to ac amperage and play that tone right up untill 3kw of output an listen to the woofer.

But that usually way clean on music so a can roll 4 or 5 volume levels high and still be safe.. Some music is boosted so i stick to 28 out of 40..

But ill be honest i usually clip it a bit to show it off as far as output because most people can't tell how clipping sounds.. I will say tgough its more aparent when tge amp hits that wall bevauemse the woofer is alot more transparant then alot of drivers..
