Line output convertor question

Okay this may be a dumb question but its just a thought. I got a line output convertor and its 12v. And the amp I got says this:

RMS Power Rating (14.4V):

580 Watt x 1 Channel @ 4 Ohm

725 Watt x 1 Channel @ 2 Ohm

1000 Watt x 1 Channel @ 1 Ohm

RMS Power Rating (12V)

395 Watt x 1 Channel @ 4 Ohm

525 Watt x 1 Channel @ 2 Ohm

785 Watt x 1 Channel @ 1 Ohm

So does this mean that I will only get what the 12v ratings are or what?

NO

The 12V on your line output converter means it needs 12 Volts to turn on.

The ratings of your amp are based on how much voltage you are supplying your amp with from your charging system/battery/batteries.
