Line Output Converter/3 Way X-Over Question (HELP!)

Ok...I have an Audiocontrol LC6 Line Output Converter and a Blaupunkt 3Way Active Crossover.

I have a stock 2004 Honda Accord H/U

Problem is that my LC6 has 6 channels out but the Blaupunkt has 4 channels in....

The x-over will be hooked up to my 5 Channel Amp
