umm... nope? i have plenty or virus protection. thanks though.
also, before i download i look at bit rate and size to see if it is even close to a legit file. song length is also helpful.

dc++ is ok. Best in a UNI environment when you guys can do your own hubs, etc. But some of the good places cry if you don't have 60GB+ in your share and a lot of people don't keep that much.
